  • Space Shuttle Columbia Collection

    A rare collection of items that were flown in space on the Space Shuttle Columbia. The pieces comes from missions #9 and #87. The Columbia was lost with all hands just a few years after mission 87. Included are pieces of cushion fabrix, rubber o-ring and mylar sheeting. Housed in 4 display cases within a storage box as shown. All are genuine pieces purchased from NASA auctions.

    This collection is for two pieces of parachute silk from the Second World War. Each comes with a professionally printed identification card and is housed in a plastic 4x6 inch slip case. Included in the collection is a piece of German parachute from The Battle of the Netherlands in 1940, and a piece of American parachute from Operation Market Garden in 1944.

  • WWI First World War Collection

    A neat collection of genuine First World War items. Included in the collection are a postcard written by a soldier in the trenches that was mailed home to loved ones (dated between 1914 and 1918), a cavalry horse shoe nail, shrapnel balls and bullets from the battlefields of Paschendale and The Somme, an English penny, and a cigarette silk that came from one of the mllions of cigarette boxes opened in the trenches. Each item also is accompanied by a professionally printed identification card. A fantastic collection on genuine artifacts from WWI - no reproductions are included.

    A rare collection of original slides for the launch of the Space Shuttle Columbia. We have a few sets of these, but each has completely different slides as each one is unique. These slides were taken by a member of the general public at one of the observation stations a few miles from the launch pad. Rare.
